The Supreme Court's decision on my client's case
The Supreme Court's decision on my client's case has not yet been communicated. The defence lawyer of Shahram Jazayeri announced that no Supreme Court decision on the case has yet been served on him.
Seyyed Mohammad Sadegh Alemohammad told the legal reporter of the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA) that, so far, the Supreme Court branch handling my client's case has not communicated its decision to us.
He stressed that there is still no information on whether the Supreme Court branch has issued a ruling at all. The Supreme Court branch has not served us with any decision.
